Just upgraded a few systems to ACCESS 2003 but they are all so slow linking
to the external / back end data tables? Sometimes they do not link at all
.... just get an error ...

    Any ideas?

What version of Access were you running? If A97 then this makes
sense. Follow the link tina mentioned.

However you shouldn't be getting an error. What is the error message?
