    There was an upgrade from Win98 to Win98SE. It is long, long "out of
    manufacture" and "out of support". You can often find copies of older
    software at the online auction sites.

    Your Win98 may qualify you for Update versions of later Microsoft OSes, but
    most of those will require more computer and memory than Win98 did.

    However, the appropriate place to determine this would be either a newsgroup
    dedicated to Microsoft Operating System software, or the Microsoft website.
    This newsgroup is about Microsoft Access database software.
