Yes it does. Is there any way to delete the one record without losing my
whole database? The normal way to delete a record does not work. Pops right
    back into the database. HELP!!!

Step one is to make a copy of the database.

Using the copy they a compact and repair.

Try deleting the record in question along with the one above and below.

Try importing the records and or the table into a different database.

Try copying the records into a different table in the same database.

Seek help from one of the companies that specializes in recovery work.

    Good Luck
