HI there I wonder if anyone can shed any light on this. I'm creating a form within an access databse that is for contacts ie. Forename, Surname, Address, City, County, Post Code (e.g. NG11 9GE). I want the form to be that when the user enters the POST Code into the post code box that the user can click a button to the side that runs a query to match the post code and return a list of selectable addresses for that post code. The user can then select the correct address from the list and the database auto populates the fields in the form with the Address details. I do not know if this can be dne using a SQL Query. Can anybody Help? Many Thanks.
