    Hello. Where can I find the service call template for access 2000. Are the
    old templates stored somewhere else.

    Have you tried the Microsoft website and searched for "templates"?

    I vist the web site on a daily basis. The service call managment is no
    longer there for 2000-2002

    It is in Access 2003 format, but I converted it to Access 2000 without any
    obvious issues.

    I have this one. What im looking for is the switch board format that was used
    in the older version set up. With 2003 the switch board seems to be on the
    side.
