I am running into an issue where another user on my network will open up my
DB and make a change to my employee table through a from. The data he entered
does not seem to stay and when I open up the same file I can see that the
changes he made did not take. We are using differant PCs. Any thoughts? Thank
    you in advance.

Is it actually the same file?

    Is SetWarnings on?

Are you using the database at the same time?

The real solution is going to be to split the database, and use separate
front ends. If that is a new concept, see:
Split your MDB file into data and application
