I am new to Access but seem to have somehow been able to setup up my database
for the most part. However, I am having a difficult time trying to run a
report or query (not sure which one is appropriate) for all product serial #s
associated with a single Account ID#. I'd like to be able to run this
report/query with a single Account ID# and have the three different product
serial #s listed below, but that may be getting ahead of myself. If it is
easier to list serial #s for one product than that is okay too. My main
concern is that it only show one Account ID# per report/query. If anyone can
help I'd be ever so greatful!

    Thanks!

    Hi Kelly,

An easy way to get started would be to use a parameter query. Not the most
flexible, but certainly easy to implement.

How to create a parameter query in Access 2000

Note: This KB article applies to other versions of Access equally well.
