A group of Sikh organisations today asked the Centre and the governments of Punjab and Haryana to arrest Dera Sacha Sauda Chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh by June 18, failing which their activists would court arrest in front of the Raj Bhawan in Chandigarh on June 19.
