I have a db with approx. 5 million records. When I try and perform a make
table query I keep getting an Invalid Argument error. Is this from corrupt
records? If so, I how can I find those corrupt records and remove them?

Yes, that is a sign of corruption. See the error message in the page
    at http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruption/symptoms.htm for more
    information.
