SGPC President Makkar claims the SGPC is going to have Guru Ka Langgar and stalls about SIKH literature Sikh Gurus etc at the Kumbh Mela...
1. This is a HINDU RELIGIOUS Occasion....hwy WASTE GURU GOLUCK on feeding these ? Its precisely the BIGGEST PROBLEM of the HINDU Organizers to feed the 12 million or so Hindus who come to bathe in the Ganges river..the BJP/RSS/HINDU Prishad has come up with a good scheme to MILK the SIKH GOLUCK via their hand Maiden SGPC/Badal govt.
2. WILL the SGPC also make a similar Langgar arrangements at MUSLIM FESTIVALS in AJMER ?..where millions of muslims gather to pay homage to Pir Grishtee ?? if not why not ?
3. Already the SGPC FUNDS POLITICAL Parties gatherings via arranging Gurdwaras nearby to provide Langgar etc...while the POOR sections of sikhs like the sikleegars, the vanjaras and even others face serious lack of funds...??? for education and their very survival....NO FUNDS is also an excuse for helping the 1984 victims..the faujees who mutinied in 1984 etc ?? The SGPC doesnt run any PRIMARY secondary SCHOOLS in Villages for poor Sikh students ?? CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME or in KUMBH AHMEDABAD ??
This is clearly a politicla decision and waste of guru goluck just as the earlier ANTI-EMERGENCY MORCHA against INDIRA GANDHI which the BJP very cleverly persuaded the Aklais to launch INSIDE DARBAR SAHIB COMPLEX !! This was one action which really ****** off Gandhi...becasue she had SHUT UP everyone else through-out INDIA..but the SIKHS inside Darbar sahib Complex were a sharp thorn in her side.....until 1984..when these same BJP persuaded her to ATTACK. (BJP ADVANI admits this in his autobiography My India). BJP has been playinga nd using the SIKHS form Day ONE to their politicla ends..and this Langgar at KUMBH is latest example of this vile manipualtion...Killing several "SIKH BIRDS" with one stone...

the Sikh youth in PUNJAB is drifting from Sikh ethos and deeply engulfed in drugs. Punjab is the leading state in cancer patients and deaths on account of cancer. One of the main causes of cancer is use of TOBACCO. Where tobacco is religiously a taboo, cancer is rampant for indulgence of tobacco.
We build big buildings of Gurdwaras, run langars and kirtans ( though noble acts) but ignore our duty to our children in the matter of our religion.
