I have a table that consists 3 colums: Description, Column A, Column B
Columns A & B are YES/NO columns and are checked YES if the item in the
DESCRIPTION field is present, and sometimes both are checked.

What I am trying to accomplish is how do I go about constructing the Query
that when I open the report it will ask me for the YES results for COLUMN A
    or B .

I suspect this is an OPTION GROUP based query, but I have a lot of trouble
    constructing those.

    Hi Tim
In the RecordSource of the report you can try something like

Select * From TableName Where [Columns A] = [You want to select A?] Or
[Columns B] = [You want to select B?]

If the user will enter -1 (True) Or 0 (False) it will list the right data.
I would use a form with two check boxes where the use can select which
    column he wants

Select * From TableName Where [Columns A] = Forms![FormName]![CheckBoxA] Or
    [Columns B] = Forms![FormName]![CheckBoxB]

Since you're here... we have a small favor to ask...

More people are visiting & reading SPN than ever but far fewer are paying to sustain it. Advertising revenues across the online media have fallen fast. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Donating to SPN's is vote for free speech, for diversity of opinions, for the right of the people to stand up to religious bigotry. Without any affiliation to any organization, this constant struggle takes a lot of hard work to sustain as we entirely depend on the contributions of our esteemed writers/readers. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too... Fund our efforts and together we can keep the world informed about the real Sikh Sikhi Sikhism. If everyone who writes or reads our content, who likes it, helps us to pay for it, our future would be much more secure. Every Contribution Matters, Contribute Generously!
