I added an expression to a query and it would no longer allow me to added any
information or new records from the form associated to the query or the query
itself. I am able to add information to the tables for which the query is
based. I tried remaking the the query and all ran perfect until I added the
expression. Even after deleting the expression, I was still not able to
add/change information to the records. The arrows at the bottom were grayed
out. Is there a way i can get this back to the way it was?

Ensure your query contains all the fields from the table. If it is missing
the primary key you will not be able to add records. If this does not work,
then just create a new query and attach it to your form.

You probably should tell us the expression and the way you added it.
