Pull-down woes

I have a basic knowledge of Access. In Congress Info under Attendees, I am
trying to input data in some of the tabs at the bottom. In certain tabs,
there are scroll-down menus with only one choice to choose from. In my case,
I am inputting airports. How can I add more airports to the pull-down or
convert it to a pure data entry field?

    Thanks,
    Charles

Your question mentions parts of your particular Access database. We don't
have an "attendees" form or a "Congress Info" section. Those are aspects of
    your particular database.

If you want to modify that database, you should speak to the person who
built it. The dropdown you mention pulls it's contents in one of several
ways. If it pulls the options from a table or query, then you would need to
update that table or query to include the new options. If it is a
hard-coded value list, then you would need to go into design view and update
    that property of the control.

Since you're here... we have a small favor to ask...

More people are visiting & reading SPN than ever but far fewer are paying to sustain it. Advertising revenues across the online media have fallen fast. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Donating to SPN's is vote for free speech, for diversity of opinions, for the right of the people to stand up to religious bigotry. Without any affiliation to any organization, this constant struggle takes a lot of hard work to sustain as we entirely depend on the contributions of our esteemed writers/readers. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too... Fund our efforts and together we can keep the world informed about the real Sikh Sikhi Sikhism. If everyone who writes or reads our content, who likes it, helps us to pay for it, our future would be much more secure. Every Contribution Matters, Contribute Generously!
