Can someone use *.pst files with Outlook Web Access?

Microsoft Outlook downloads downloads new messages from the server and
stores them on a *.pdf file on your computer. On the other hand, Outlook Web
Access looks and acts almost exactly like regular Outlook but the program is
not saved locally on the hard drive. Instead, it is completely web based and
    stores email messages online.

I want to use Outlook Web Access but to save emails on a local computer.

    Thanks guys.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a relational database program. You
should probably ask your question in an Outlook newsgroup.

I dont think that you can do this; i think that you woudl need to go
through SMTP or POP3 or something insecure.

OWA is better; why do you want to use a local PST?

so you can index them with google desktop search or something??
