I've tried numerous times to lock the formula cells in my restaurant's daily sales & labor workbook. It has a sheet for each week of the month and a monthly summary sheet. The net sales and labor from the weekly sheets carry into the monthly summary sheet. I have locked the formula cells in the monthly summary sheet and protected the sheet, no problem. However, when trying to lock the formula cells in the weekly sheets, there are 2 cells that keep locking which I don't want to lock and am not selecting. The data in these cells do not carry into the monthly summary page. I have protected plenty of Excel workbooks/sheets before, and never had this problem. Any suggestions?
