    Great, can I shorten the date so it does not show the time?

    You can set the format properties as follows

    mm/dd/yy = 06/07/06
    mm/dd/yyyy = 06/07/2006

    mmm dd yyyy = Jun 06 2006

    mmmm dd yyyy = June 06 2006

    You can play around with it from here.

    ="Printed on: " & format (Date(), "MMM DD YYYY") or various scenarios
    as described in the previous post
