I have a table with several hundred email addresses that I need to either
send to the address field of an email using Outlook, OR BETTER populate my
address book (in Outlook) with the names, phones, email address, etc. Can
you offer a suggestion on how to start?

There are LOTS of answers on this subject on this forum so you do a search.

Prob. the simplest is to use the outlook import/export wizard. (Its on the
file menu of outlook). You will need to map your fields when doing this but
    its qite simple.

Another way would be to create a new table from your main table with just
the contact info (1st name, surname, email, etc) then you could export/save
this as csv file - CSV's are importable by outlook addess books.

Hope this points you in the right direction.
