Opening switchboard

    When using 2003 .mdb file in 2007, selecting a previously opened database on
    the opening screen opens the database, but does not display the switchboard.
    It has to be opened manually.

    I'm not experiencing that behavior. Are you sure the startup options didn't
    get modified?
