    Punjab government today transferred nine IAS officers, including the two Deputy Commissioners of Patiala and Muktsar districts. Rajat Aggarwal, Additional Deputy Commissioner of Muktsar has been posted as Deputy Commissioner of Muktsar in place of Vikas Garg, an official spokesman said here today.
