MS Access 2000 Query By Form

    Hi Everyone! This is my first post so bare with me. I have a database
    with approximately 30 tables. I just need to run a query by form that
    will look up the table and fields that I want so when you enter them
    into the form, the query will do the rest. I have successfully made the
    form and linked it to the macro which runs my query, but I still need
    to figure out how to enter in data either in combo boxes or text boxes
    to use as data in my query. PLEASE HELP!
