I recently updated to Windows XP and I've got Access 2003 loaded on my pc.
Now when I open my dbase I get a message saying "Your Microsoft Office Access
database or project contains a missing or broken reference to the file
MSOWC.DLL version 1.0". It also says the same message for plugin.ocx version
1.0. Would someone please help me resolve this issue.
