I am trying to print labels from a database in Access and cannot figure
it out. There are probably more than 1000 members in the database. i
tried putting it into excel and then doing a mail merge and that would
not work. It would only give me the city and state on the label. Can
someone please help me? I have to have this figured out by today!
    Thanks

Just build a report in Access. One of the options when you select new is
"label wizard". It will do all the work for you.
