Is there any way to link an access database with an excel file such that when
I change values in the access database it automatically updates the excel
    file? Is
this remotely possible as it would save me from having to re-enter or paste a
lot of duplicate information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Take care

Because of legal issues, you can no longer update Excel via linked tables in
Access (see this link for more info:
    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/904953/

You can import the Excel file to a table, modify the data then output it to
    Excel again, though.
