Can anyone give me some guidance on how to show monthly expenditures for our
small business? I need to document and reflect what we are spending on a
monthly basis. I have located annual monthly expenditures forms but not on a
    monthly basis.

    Thanks for your help.

Are you talking about a Microsoft Access database form? There is no
such form built in to Access, but you could certainly design one. The
design would need to be appropriate for your own table structure,
which we cannot see, so we can't advise on how to create it (other
than to use a parameter query selecting the records for the month...)
