Two issues here. The first is, in access 2007 beta, I have converted a
functioning db built in access 2003 to 2007 and added some fields to
acommodate attachemenst as well as some general refinements.
The overall structure uses linked forms on tabs.
In design mode, attempting to open some forms results in error message
"insufficient memory". Some copies of the same db in 2007 will open forms
others will not. Most forms will open independently, thus displaying 10 or so
open forms. Deleting the form and building a substitute corrects this in many
cases. Then the problem appears with new forms named as its predecessor.
It seems that a characteristic of a form or the recordset causes the memory
    error to occur.
Second issue is manage database, compact and repair. First click on this
option displays one of a number of messages, Access cant find it, or file is
corrupt. Second click and it works! Its fun.
    Any help greatly appreciated.
