It is understandable that India would be upset. However, it must be taken into consideration that many people view those two as martyrs, in that many believe she set the whole thing up with Bindrawale on purpose, knowing he would go to extreme measures, thereby giving her an excuse to attempt to destroy the Golden Temple and Akal Tacht. Perhaps many do not want anyone to start thinking along these sorts of lines.
