    Hi, Chrissy.

"Not working" as in you can't see the icon on the CommandBar button, or when
you press the button nothing happens, or when you press the button you can
hear a car in the parking lot honk its horn?

If you just can't see the icon on the button, then right-click on the
CommandBar, select "Customize..." from the pop-up menu to open the Customize
dialog window, then right-click on the CommandBar button and ensure the
"Default Style" is checked on the pop-up menu. Select the "Close" button to
save your change and close the Customize dialog window. If there is an icon
associated with that button, it will show up. If there is no icon associated
with that button, it will remain blank until you either select one with the
"Change Button Image" item on the pop-up menu or paste a new one with "Paste
Button Image" item on the pop-up menu.

If you're experiencing a different problem, then please explain further.

    HTH.
    Gunny
