I have always replicated this database and this time I got the error message
"the field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add.
Try inserting or pasting less data." I have gone back to sll the fields I
have changed but all seem to be fine. Any Ideas??

Do you have a backup or a report from the table analyzer to compare against?
If not, open both tables in design view to compare the fields - what's
    different?
