When I set up my computer, I set up the email for send and receive as POP3. I
think the receive email should be some other name and I don't know how to
    correct it now.

You should go to your ISP's web page and get the email settings. If they're
not available, contact their tech support and get the proper settings.
Typically, send is set up through a SMTP server and receive is via POP3.

If you have further questions that you want to ask in these newsgroups, you
might want to try groups dedicated to Outlook or to Outlook Express
(whichever you are using). This group is dedicated to the Access relational
    database product.

What has this got to do with Microsoft Access?
