People who have appeared in such exams may like to put more information about online resources such as websites, yahoo groups, questions/answers, sample papers etc, which can help the exam aspirants.

    Thanks.

For certifications related to Quality Standards:
    1. American Society for Quality
    http://www.asq.org
    2. Quality Assurance Institute
    www.qaiusa.org

CQA and CSTE (details can be found in above sites) act as a great ice-breaker, and puts one at better place in terms of recognition.

People interested to be Project Managers will find the route of 'Project Management Professional' known as PMP a beneficial one.

In Canada, Engineering can be practiced by licensed and qualified Engineers only, that means acquiring an P.Eng. (Professional Engineer) designation, which doesnt come automatically by passing out any kind of Engineering degree whether BE/BTech/BS/ME/MTech/MS/PhD. One has to pass the exams directed by individual province to practice Engineering profession in Canada.
