You used to have a helper-,One asked the question , hit the enter and the
answer appeared. Now you have a space for the question but no place to
"enter" to receive the answer. The helper does nothing now but prance
around. How do you receive the answer??? How to make page setup behave. How
to place margins of 1 inch on all sides?? I can go on. I need help. How do
you get the answers from the help line? Now do you understand?

Not sure what you are asking.

Are you using Microsoft Access to create a database? If so, please post a
specific question and perhaps we can help you. If not, you are in the wrong
    newsgroup.

We understand, Elanor. It seems that you do not.

The "peer support" webpage you are using covers many different
programs. The first in the alphabetical listing is this one,
microsoft.public.access. Access is a database program, part of the
Office Pro suite. It appears that you've been misled by the webpage
into posting your Word question in this Access group.

I would suggest that you scroll down the list of newsgroups and find
one for Word, if you have questions about Word.

I'm as frustrated with the changes to the Help file as you are, but
none of us here work for Microsoft and can't change the way Help
works. The answers *are* there, but they are harder to find.
