How can I put an ultimatum into the excel database?

    Example: putting a date ( 01 25 06 ) and today's date ( 10 26 05 ) and get
an ultimatum by substraction of them ( date - today's date ) to get a cell
which makes appear how many days are left????

Can you help me ?? Is it possible?

Excel is a spreadsheet. Access is a database. We can tell you how to
    do it in Access.

Sorry. This is a newsgroup dedicated to questions about Access, the
database program in Office Professional. It appears your question may not
be related to these subjects. The Microsoft help system is not all that
clear and may have misdirected you here.

It is best to ask your questions in a newsgroup dedicated to the
subject of your question. You should find people better able to address
    your problem there.

Note: It is always best to indicate the name and version of any
program(s) you may be using when asking a question and also indicate the
operating system (like Windows XP or 98) when you ask a question.

You are asking your question in the wrong place. This newsgroup is for
    Access, not for Excel.

Please scroll down the list of subjects in the lower left of the web
page and post your question to an Excel newsgroup.
