How to hide the right-top window "X" ?

    I use Access to create a Management Information System.

    The users are using the FORMs I designed. However, they always wrongly click
    the window "X" ( on the right-top of the Screean), this make them exit the
    Access directly. This problem bothers me very much.

    How to hide it?
