How by changing first column from A to Z move all other column data with
respect to the first column. Other way - data in all column should move with
respect to the order of the first column or desired column.

If you are asking about sorting the rows in a table by one of the columns,
you can certainly do this. However, the tables in Access are really just
"buckets-o'-data" and aren't well suited to display.

Have you considered using queries or forms to sort/display your data?
