I wish to export Microsoft Access reports into a Microsoft Word document.
The current method of exporting it into a rich text format file does not
preserve the format that I have created in Access. Please advice. Thank you
    very much.

One of the MVPs here built a utility that you can use which exports a .snp
format into a word document preseving all the graphics. Do a search of
Stephen Lebans website, or this forum for the name. It is a great utility
and I have used it a number of times. More CUDOs to Stephen Lebans!
