    Hello

I process information for a hr type facility. i Have a database that hold
information that i want to share via a server i would like to create a front
sheet instead of coming up with the the acces menu. I would like this screen
to have a menu for the things that are on the database and also if they exit
a section of the database it returns to this front menu.

can anyone advise me how to do that?

Use a form and add buttons to it to open your forms and reports. Set the
startup form to use this form:

    Tools ... Startup

and select the form being used for startup. Alternatively, you can use a
macro named "autoexec" (without the quotes) to open the startup form.
