I have a problem with an Access Query. It is for a homework assignment
so I don't want the entire solution given to me on a platter, but I
can't seem to get past a certain point in the problem.

We need to create a Pivot Table, that is not what troubles me. In
creating the Query for the Pivot Table, we are told to include the
following fields: DriverName from DriverData table, and the
CustomerName, City, DateOfOrder, and PriceOfOrder fields from the
CustomerData table. Ok that all makes sense to me, but here is the
    kicker....

Include an additional field that would calculate the SUM for the
    PriceOfOrder field.

I have tried several different ways to go about this only to have
#error show up or a window pop up asking for parameters. I've not been
able to get much help any other way so I thought I'd see what you can
    do with it.

Any help, suggestions, comments, will be more than welcomed!

    Thanks!

The total or sum of the PriceOfOrder should be within a Footer area. It may
have to have its own Grouping set to display properly. I really haven't
worked with Pivot Tables that much.

    OR

You also may have to create a separate query that uses the primary key for
the appropriate table along with the sum of the PriceOfOrder and then
reconnect that query to the others to complete your pivot table.

Make a normal select query with all the needed info (joins & fields)
Save it & use as base for the wizard
