Failure to update value in a combobox on a subform

    Here's my code:

(iState is the result of a msgbox)

    If iState = vbYes Then
    DoCmd.OpenForm "frmDCRF", , , , acFormAdd
    Set fDCRF = Forms!frmDCRF
    Set fDWG = fDCRF.sfrmDwgs.Form
    With fDWG.Form
    .Controls("cmbDrawing") = lDwg
    ' .Dirty = False
    End With
    With fDCRF
    ' .Dirty = False
    End With
    ElseIf iState = vbNo Then
    DoCmd.OpenForm "frmDCRF"
    End If

The code seems to run fine, but when the form opens, the combobox is not
updated. It's just a blank record in form and subform. Any suggestions would
    be appreciated.
