    What is the best time for working out?

    Any general advice?

    I work out on and off for various reasons, and i want to stick to it - can anyone help with this?

    It depends on the what you are looking for .

    For weight training early evening is considered best in indian conditions and also hormonal reasons
    For general purpose what I prefer is Running in the morning and light gym weight training in the evening

    On and off work out are also good and are more feasible in modern wolrd with varied commitments

    Jogging in the morning, as Dr Sahib has suggested, for 4-5 km. is ok with me.This may be followed by ,after some gap, with workouts with light weights if you have the previlege of having a small gym at home.

    Evening workouts are not suitable for me.
    Hi Sherab , Plan out most of the schedules in the morning. In evening you can devote exclusively on Studies.
