I have a query that uses a table with the numbers 1 through 30

I want to filter the query to:

    If forms!frmParts!Row_Parts = 1 And forms!frmParts!Parts_Per_X_Length
    = 1
    show all numbers
    Else
filter to show only the even numbers

    Thanks

You can use the MOD operator to determine if a number is odd or even:

    If [FieldName] Mod 2 = 0 then
    'It's Even
    Else
    ' It's Odd
    End If

    Use the Mod function.
You don't seem to indicate what field or value you're referring to as
    > filter to show only the even numbers

    If [SomeNumber]Mod 2 = 0 Then

Only Even [SomeNumbers] will = 0

I want to filter the only field in the query: the Amount field
