Probably a simple question to answer.... I'm adding records to a table
"UserIDandPassword" the primary key is "UserID" . When I click the Add
button, it adds a record. How do I get it to error check that the
UserID that wants to be added doesn't already exist? Thanks.

Make the UserID the primary key of the table, and you will not be able to put
    in a duplicate UserId.
