There's a database that will pull up a record and display it in a form. On
the form there is a print button - the user clicks it and it sends the form
to print. The database is on a network. 5 different people have shortcuts
that point to the server and can do this with no problem. A new person comes
in and she can access it and update it - but when she goes to print this
    error message comes up:
Microsoft Office can't find the fields 'Forms' referred to in your expression

As far as I can tell the database isn't split? But the switchboard does
    come up when it opens.

The helpdesk just went and upgraded her Office with all the patches. Still
there's the problem. Me I sign in at her desk and have the same problem. I
sign in at my desk and it's fine. We are both running Access 2003 SP2 -
should I check the version of XP?

I didn't create the database I do mostly asp stuff so this is a little out
of my scope. So simple instructions are appreciated.

This may be just a guess, but check the references to see if any are missing.
This can be done by opening a module, and going to Tools --> References.
You should see (at least) "Visual Basic for Applications", "Microsoft Access
#.# Object Library", & "Microsoft DAO #.## Object Library". If you have any
that say MISSING, that's probably the problem. The 3 I mentioned should be
    in your list somewhere.

If that's not it, post back & I'll let someone smarter answer.

    Good luck!
