Hi, We have Microsoft Access databases/files which are shared in a network drive. Users are using Access 2003 from their workstations which are using Windows XP Pro in a domain environment. When accessing the Access files, they will encounter errors as in the subject above. We have followed the solution from http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=321733 but it does not work. The problem will occur when users open the file and use it for about 15-20 minutes. Recently the time when the errors are hit has become shorter to 30 seconds. Users have to close the files and open them up again to re-access. We have tested with Excel and Word files in the network drive but they did not give such problems. Only Access files are affected. All users who are given access to these Access files are having the same problem. We would like to have advice on this issue.
