It is not simple to create dependant combo forms. In Excel it is alot easier. In Access, why is their a need to create ID for the catoegory and product type and a VB procedure to refresh tha data at all times. I would like to find a easier way to create dependant lists. I was thinking that two or more tables are related and hence the lists can be recalled as you would recall data in a table. Please lets find an easier way.
