Hello all, I'm working in Access to sort out evaluation data from department seminars held in the past. The surveys are fairly straightforward - SurveyID, Date, ForumTitle, Speaker, SpeakerRating, Content, ContentRating. These survey results will be entered into the database through a form. My question is: is there a way that, upon creating another form entry, some of the field element entries can be retained? For instance, if there are twenty responses for the same Date, ForumTitle, Speaker, and Content - how would I get Access to keep the previous entries for those fields for the sake of convenience? Thanks.
