I have about 5 forms that I want to convert to a single form, but with
multiple tabs. I have learned to create the form and then Copy/Paste
in all the labels/txtBoxes/ etc. Will this screw with my form names,
do I have to redirect all my VBA code?

IF the VBA code is in a module
    AND references a form name,
since what you want it to operate on now is NOT on THAT form but on a
tab on another form (even if it has the final fieldname the same) then
Yes that code will have to be changed.

Without further specifics, we can't guess what changes will be required.
