A Delhi court on Thursday issued notices to the CBI on giving clean chit to Congress MP Jagdish Tytler on his role in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The court has told the CBI that it cannot give a clean chit to Tytler till the hearing in the case is not over. The next date of hearing is on November 29.
