How do I convert my database from Access 2000 file format to the Access 2003
    format?

I selected database utilities, and convert, but was taken to my documents to
save db1. I was uncertain what to do. Also, I do not want my database
renamed. will this happen when conversion takes place?

    thanks

Access will leave the original alone. You can always move or rename the
original file to somewhere / something else and rename the newly converted
    file to the old name.
