can I send group email without recipients seeing all other addres

    I want to be able to send a group email without everyone's email address
    being shown/viewed to all the recipients, is this possible? Thanks.

    part of Office Professional and the point of this particular newsgroup, but
    use BCC:

    It may or may not be an access question.

    The answer is:

    Use the BCC field instead of the CC field
