I would like to put an Access database on my internet site and have all the
functionality of the database (forms, etc.) be available to my on-line users.
    Is this possible?

The answer depends, in part, on how sophisticated your existing Access
application is. Reproducing all of the functionality of a sophisticated
non-trivial Access application in a web-based application is, if not
actually impossible, at the very least difficult, time-consuming, and
expensive. Reproducing or creating a less sophisticated application is, of
course, correspondingly less difficult, less time-consuming, and less
    expensive.

For some of the things you can do with Access and the Web see the following
    URL ...

    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/CH062526931033.aspx

If you need much more than that, you'll need to re-create the application
using some other technology. If you're free to set up your own server or
choose your own hosting service, check out ASP.NET ...

    www.asp.net

If you need to use an existing server or hosting service, start by talking
to your administrative contacts to find out what technologies are supported
on that server or by that hosting service. There are several different
technologies used to develop and run web-based applications, and you don't
want to choose one that is not supported on your server or by your hosting
    service.

Since you're here... we have a small favor to ask...

More people are visiting & reading SPN than ever but far fewer are paying to sustain it. Advertising revenues across the online media have fallen fast. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Donating to SPN's is vote for free speech, for diversity of opinions, for the right of the people to stand up to religious bigotry. Without any affiliation to any organization, this constant struggle takes a lot of hard work to sustain as we entirely depend on the contributions of our esteemed writers/readers. We do it because we believe our perspective matters – because it might well be your perspective, too... Fund our efforts and together we can keep the world informed about the real Sikh Sikhi Sikhism. If everyone who writes or reads our content, who likes it, helps us to pay for it, our future would be much more secure. Every Contribution Matters, Contribute Generously!
